🐾 Services We Provide

We offer residential pet care services, including:

• Dog waste pickup (Poop scooping)

• Dog walking

• Potty breaks & outdoor playtime

We operate Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM, excluding major holidays.
All services must be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed.

🚪 Property Access & Yard Conditions

To ensure we can safely complete your service:

• Gates must be unlocked and accessible on your scheduled day

• Gates must be free of snow, ice, and debris and able to open and close without issues

• Yards must be reasonably maintained, with grass not overgrown

• Service may be delayed, shortened, or rescheduled due to extreme weather, including: extreme heat, thunderstorms, icy conditions, excessive snow accumulation, or extreme cold

• If we cannot safely access your yard, the visit will be marked as a no-show and charged in full

• Dogs must be indoors during poop pickup visits

🐶 Dog Walking & Outdoor Visits

• Dogs must have a secure collar or harness and a standard 4–6 ft. leash ready

• Retractable leashes are not allowed — if one is provided and no standard 4–6 ft leash is available, the visit will be canceled with no refund

• Any history of aggression, reactivity, or medical conditions must be disclosed before service

• Walks or outdoor time may be adjusted due to extreme weather conditions

• If a pet is unsafe to handle, we reserve the right to cancel or discontinue service at our discretion

❌ Cancellations & Missed Visits

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a charge

• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged in full

• If we arrive and cannot complete service due to a locked gate, unsafe yard, or aggressive/unleashed dogs, the full visit fee will still apply

• 📅 Rescheduling or Cancellations by The Pet Maid

  We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any service due to unsafe conditions, extreme weather, aggressive animals, emergencies, illness, and any other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and do our best to Reschedule a new visit.

💲 Payments & Late Fees

• Invoices are sent by text or email following service

• Payment is due within 2 days of service

• A $10 late fee applies if payment is not received within 2 days

• Repeated late payments may result in suspended services

• We accept debit/credit card payments through our secure Jobber booking system

📏 Yard Size & Pricing

Service pricing is based on:

• Number of dogs

• Yard size (All pricing is based on yards up to 1/8 acre. Additional fees apply for larger properties)

• Frequency of visits (weekly, biweekly, monthly, or multiple times per week)

If your yard is larger than standard size or requires more time than expected, we may recommend a custom quote or require a one-time deep clean before beginning regular service.

Extra charges may apply for:

🐾 More than 2 dogs – $5 per additional dog

🚮 Offsite waste disposal – $5 if we take the waste with us

🚗 Drive fee – $5 may apply depending on location and service frequency

🧹 First-time cleanups or excessive waste – pricing varies based on yard condition and amount of waste

🎉 Holiday or after-hours service requests

💳 Returned or declined payments

⏰ Last-minute cancellations – Less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged in full

🚫 Blocked yard access – Appointment may be canceled with no refund
